請求人同意都可以用不同語法：

Mind if I..... ? 一般的請求
May I...... ?　一般的請求
Would you mind....... ?　有禮貌的請求

Mind if I have a photo with you?
May I have a photo with you?
Would you mind having a photo with me?

Mind if I take a photo with you?
May I take a photo with you?
Would you mind taking a photo with me?

其實問題可以千變萬化，你甚至可以甘問：
I want to take a photo with you, ok?

最重要是視乎當時情況
