追數問題 (借錢人不在)

如果係欠銀行 / 信用卡 / 有牌財務公司錢, 你可話佢巳離家出走, 你地亦找不到他, 跟住改電話. 財務公司跟住會派收數佬上門揾你, 叫你幫手揾佢, 甚至叫你代還. 法律上你係唔使代還的. 如你應承代還, 咁佢地成班人會上門揾你, 因為d收數佬會互通消息. 在未有人上門前, 你可以咁做:
拆哂佢d欠債信, 攞哂d資料. 再寫封信俾所有債權銀行 / 財務 (格式如下):
Dear Sir,
Re: Ms. Ying Ying Panda [HKID No. A123456(7)] - HSBC VISA no. 4919191919191919
As the present occupier of this address I hereby notify you that the aforementioned person does not reside in this address anymore. Neither I nor any current occupier of this address have any means of contacting her, nor do we have any forwarding information about her.
I hereby demand that you cease immediately to deliver all communications in whatever form of whatsoever nature intended for the above-named to my address, including, but not limited to, possible personal visits to my address by your employees, representatives, agents and / or any other persons associated with you not mentioned herewith.
Failure to do so will result in my taking legal action against you for harassement. I also reserve the right to claim damages against you for any losses, both actual and inferred, which may arise due to actions of harassement by your employees, agents, representatives and / or any other persons associated with you not mentioned herewith. .

再貼張通告在大門:
有關: 欠債人 - 熊貓盈盈 [香港身份証編號A1234567]
上述人仕由xx年xx月xx日起已經不再在此地址居住. 現居住客亦無此人之通信資料.
任何人仕登門欲找尋上述人仕, 均會被視為刑事滋擾, 將被送警究冶.

再死唔斷氣, 就俾千三蚊入稟高院, 攞個禁制令. 包掂!


但如果係大耳窿, 就只有報警同喺門口裝cctv. 佢搞事就打999兼俾餅帶警方.

人唔喺度...你可以唔理佢，如果佢再煩你，你就報警備案，但要keep低佢哋嘅資料，如邊間、邊個人凶個你...姓咩、佢哋嘅联絡电話、追數信等....

其实最好叫你細佬返嚟問清楚有冇借過大耳窿，如果冇嘅話...而你哋又唔唸住幫佢還，咁最好用d錢幫佢搞破產，最多....都係煩多兩個月，以後就会天下太平，考虑吓！
