While有一段時間既意思....
e.g. While he was at University..........
中文解釋﹕當我讀緊大學個陣......

When就只係一個時間
e.g. When I was in Form 3.........
中文解釋﹕當我係中三時.....

總之WHEN就係只係特別講某一個時間
但係WHILE就係一段長既時間內發生既野....
