心之鱗片可以幫pokemon學回以前的招式.去第四場館附近有個人可以用,

They are used to learn the skills you have learned for this pokemon by giving them to a person.
e.g. LV30 pokemon can learn the skills it have learned within 30LV
Emerald also has such item.

So, I only knows its use.
