I am not sure what you mean.
In my opinion,the word 臭彈 means some kind of gases released from your body.(I mean...everybody)
When you eat something,the food may not be break down easily,the undigested food continue to be digested by the bacteria in large intestine or rectum,and then some kind of gases is given out.
And then,your body will have to release that gas from your alimentary canal...so...the gas is released from your body,and a sound is emitted.
