To tell the truth,I do not have the ability to type Chinese,but I will try to help you as I have an iPod nano too.Firstly,after you buy a iPod nano,you must have got a CD with iTunes inside.After you have installed iTunes and register for your iPod,connect your iPod to your computer and then run iTunes,add audio files to iTunes,then right-click on the iPod icon in the left box and selete UPDATE,then the audio files are transferred into your iPod.Please be minded that do not shake your iPod or disconnect your iPod during this process.I will give a figure to clarify what I said.

*Please also be minded that do not delete the files that have been added into iTunes or remove the file name in iTunes after you have transferred them to your iPod as the iPod may be automatically updated when the time you connect your iPod to your computer.
