iso convert to vob

I have a iso file on hand but I would like to convert it to vob file becuase I want to paly it by regular DVD player. could Anybody tell me which computer programs could solve it (no matter it is a freeware or not). The step by step introdution to do the task would be highly appreciated.

You may answer it either in English or Chinese.

After I burned the iso file on blank DVD disc. I can only playback from my computer but not on a normal DVD player. So I want to convert the file to VOB file. Please help.

i assume the iso you have on hand is an image file of a normal DVD
in this case, you don't need any convertor
you only need to burn a DVD disc from that iso file with any DVD burning software
for example, the nero (capable of burning a DVD movie disc by importing that iso)
