How to make pull down manual in excel

Method 1:
1.Select the cell to be formulated
2.Choose data in menu bar
3.Select validation
4.Select tag “setting”, you will see validation criteria
5.At Allow: >> Select “List”
6.At Source: >> key in the data as you need and with “,” sign as a separator
7.And then click “OK”

1.Pre-define a list in any of your worksheet (better in a separate worksheet)
