problem of matrix

let A represents the rotation about origin through an angle pi/4 and B represents the reflection about y-axis.

Let C be the composite transformation obtained by transformed by A and then B.D be the composite transformation obtained by transformed by B and then A.

why C = C^-1 and D = D^-1 ???

can i know that without calculations?
