Nowadays, some people think that life of the youth today is more difficult than it was in the past.
What does life of the youth mean? In my point of view, life of the youth includes studying, having entertainment and forming habit of their lives. Let me talk about this issue as the following.

First of all, the learning environment of both is different. In the past, the youth merely learned from books. They did not have any chance to visit other places. There were less extra curriculum activities for them to participate in. On the contrary, there is a great variety of learning way for the youth in present day.

For instance, there are more and more extra curriculum activities provided for them to join. They can develop a wider range of abilities.

Furthermore, the youth have a better choice on entertainments. For examples, they can play video games, computer games and so on. Also, they can surf on internet to get information. They can learn more through all these ways. When compared to this, the youth in the past did not have that kind of experiences. They only played simple toys such as card games instead.

However, the habit of life for people today has been changing a lot. For examples, we waste much of the resources. We do not treasure our earth and generate a lot of harmful pollutions. The youth today live on a worse environment than those did in the past. They have to face the global warming and the bad weather. They cannot inhale fresh air.

Moreover, since the economic mode of the society has been changed, it is uneasy for the youth to find better jobs unless they have received higher education. Facing to this keen competition, the youth today must study very hard in order to get a better future.

In conclusion, life of the youth today is more difficult than it was in the past. Needless to say, the changes have the pros and cons side. But we cannot deny that we have been so lucky. Therefore, we must cherish everything that we have today.
