佢話會跟隨合約追究我,禁我洗唔洗罰錢架.... ?好擔心...呢2條最重要1. promoter is a contractor of xxx company, he or she is not an employee or partner of the company. this agreement shall not be enforced by employee laws of hong kong SAR. 2. the promoter shall service the company for 2 months starting from 1st of service. should you terminate this agreement, at least 30 days prior notification shall be given, or pay to the company $200 per day in nil of notification.
