我+下係發育時期(11old),但係我想減肥,係番學時期,我做好多運動,但仲係好肥呀,我想問我點先可以成功減到肥

you less eat meat and snakes.And do more 運動.best 1hour everyday.and eat more vegetable.then you will"漫漫"減到肥.你+下係發育時期so don't 唔eat meat .many of people say "don't eat can keep fet" but it's 錯的,haven't eat food will make you more hungry.when you eat food,hungry make you want to eat more so you will fat more!!!!!

可以的話不要飲汽水/冷飲,或有太多白糖的食物, 及不要食太咸的食物,因會水腫, 腎會overloading.
11year old應仲有得長高,長高后看起來不會覺得太肥啦
注意,你只是11year old.不要唔食早/午/晚三餐,弄壞了身體,你后悔都來不及(后果比減唔到你所謂的”肥”仲嚴重‧)
