假如你的訂單是指PO﹐如果你公司用慣其他term亦可。

我想同個客講我已經係依張訂單上幫佢同廠爭取了3%折扣﹐應該點寫?

I have obtained 3% discount from the supplier as on the P/O.

or if you want to stress 爭取, it can be like this:
I have convinced the factory to offer a 3% discount as on the P/O.

I asked for a 30% discount already, and have been succeed

I WANTED TO SPEAK ME WITH A GUEST ALREADY TO HELP TO HELP HIM AND THE FACTORY IN THIS ORDER FORM STRIVE FOR 3% DISCOUNTS

如果直接同個客講:

I have fought for a 3% discount on this order from the vendor for you.


如果同其他人講:

I have fought for a 3% discount on this order from the vendor for the customer.

唔使加 "extra", 發問者沒有提及 「額外」3%折扣fought for (fight for 過去式) 語氣較重, 但比人感覺係你出力爭取
