關於醫生報告的問題(ultrasound report)

超聲波是比較依賴做超聲波嗰位嘅經驗，通常由Ｘ光科專科医生做最準確。若由普通人或非專科医生做就參考性較低，以免以為冇事。

若由医生做，他是應該即時話俾你知的。

單憑你的報告，完全冇事。但必須留意署名報告的係邊過(醫生定普通人)

簡單來講, 係兩個字 "正常" o既 pelvic USG

The uterus ( 子宮) is normal in size and anteverted (醫學字唔知點譯, 即係話子宮的方向是向前的。大部份人都係 anteverted 的, 只有少部份是 retroverted).

The central endometrial (子宮內膜) echo is intact.

The myometrial (子宮肌) echogenicity is homogeneous.

There is no abnormal adnexal mass. (卵巢附近的位置冇唔正常的 mass)
No evidence of enlarged ovaries (卵巢).
No significant fluid in pouch of Douglas. (唔知點譯, 總之係 正常)
Bladder (膀胱) is normal with no evidence of stone (石) or tumour (瘤) .

Comment:
No sonographic abnormality is detected. (冇唔正常的野 detect 到)

對懷孕有何影響? 從呢份 USG report 來看, 冇影響.
