在大約十個月前,我透過貴公司向xx酒店訂了一間單人房,但由於你們出了錯誤以為我要訂2間房。當我發現時己第一時間通佑你們,可是你們說費用己由信用卡中扣除,建議我們自行向酒店追討,本來酒店己答應我們會退款,但不是說己匯款就是無法聯繫。至今久款仍未退回。煩請貴司代為追討。

About ten months ago, I booked a single room in the hotel through your company, but you mistaken that I want to book two rooms. When I found out, I informed you right away, but you said that the money is already duducted from the credit card, and suggested me to take back the money from the hotel, at first the hotel promised to give the money back, but they said that the cannot connect the credit card company. I still have not get back the money and I hope that you can help me.
