About ten months ago, I booked a single room in the hotel through your company, but you mistaken that I want to book two rooms. When I found out, I informed you right away, but you said that the money is already duducted from the credit card, and suggested me to take back the money from the hotel, at first the hotel promised to give the money back, but they said that the cannot connect the credit card company.
