As informed by your Company, the shipment under the captioed courier bill was short by two exhibition balloons on arriving Shanghai. Upon investigation it was found that the articles were taken by the Shenzhen Customs during their inspection.

The reply we got form the relevant authority (Shanghai Customs) was that the articles cannot be returned, and we are deeply sorry for the loss sustained by your Company. Should your Company wish to raise claims against this loss, please let us know and we shall consider this with discretion.
