電腦出現藍色當機畫面

Is it possible to have RAM damage? I have only 1 ram, there are two ram slots in the MB, when I put the Ram in the first, it can't work,
when I put it in another slot, it can load into Safe mode, but when go into normal mode, it will hang and show this blue screen.
