First of all, you need to apply for financee visa to enter UK:

You are granted entry to the UK for a period of six months during which time you must marry your fiancé/e in the UK. If there are exceptional reasons for delaying marriage until after the initial six months an extension to stay in the UK may be granted.

註冊結婚:

Once you are in UK, you can then apply for Civil service / Civil ceremony. Remember there may be a waiting time of 1 month depending how busy your local council is. You cannot apply for civil service until you are in UK.


What is a civil ceremony?
Civil ceremonies can take place in lots of different venues -- but how are they defined?

Wherever it is held, a civil ceremony:

contains no religious elements or anything with religious connotation.
is conducted by the superintendent registrar or deputy and registered by the registrar , or deputy.
can take place in a register office or a licensed venue after 8am and before 6pm, subject to staffing arrangements.
The service can last from between 10 and 30 minutes.
The registrar has to receive an ‘authority’ for your marriage to be able to proceed, which can only be obtained by giving a notice of marriage.

1) Financee Visa can be applied via British Embassy in HK.2) After you are married, you can then apply for indefinite to stay in UK via UK Home office.
