I believe the college that you have mentioned is in brighton and hove area, right?
I am now studying in uk ( year 13 )..and i am studying in a Private School in Brighton.

A:Not really, if your english is good. And you can cope most of the subject in school..It will be fine.But i suggest you work hard this year, so tht more Private school will accept you. I suggest you do a english test ( IELTS) before you go to uk. Altho it is a bit early, but just in case.

Yea. There are many chinese or asian, I know some fds who studied there, but i think if you wanna speak more english, you should go to a private school and there are more local ppl in the school. However, if you are living in a boarding school..you won't speak aas much ( it depends really...as i dun..coz most of my fds in the boarding hse are chinese )...I reallly wanna tell you, if you want to go to a better uni..bellerbys college is a good choice..!

A:Yea, I am studying A-level,but it is a 2 year course..sth like..you need to do the AS in year 12 so tht you can continue with A2 course in year 13. You will be able to study 4-5 subjects in the AS course...and depends on your result of AS exam, you may got to drop one of the subject that you are not good at. You can choose wht you wanna study, and depends on wht subjects do your school offer. ( I am doing art, Pure maths, Business Studies and Geography)..

A level is harder. But some of the foundation course can lead you straight to year 1 after a year..but A-level is a 2 year course. If you wanna study a science degree in the future..I think you should do a foundation course in the uni. ( maybe UEA is a good choice for a foundation:

I suggest you think wht do you want to study in the future (uni)..and if you want to enjoy your school life..I think you should go to a private school!!
