首先讓我們去明瞭一下這句問題的假設。
原文必然先有命題導出，再用上句續上要求對方確實是真的有這『諗法』。
Do you really mean it?你真係咁諗?
mean =(意念、意思) 諗 的代入語法

think 在此場景不太貼切。除非是用變體方式the way of thinking.在句中再轉化成Do you really think in this way？便接近原意。

think 一詞給人有一種想得很隨別的感覺。俗語說的隨口說說。例子：有朋友問："What gift will you bring to Paul's wedding dinner party?" 你隨口答"I think 12 cans of Coca-Cola is good enough." 朋友以為你開玩笑。回報一句"Do you really mean it?你真係咁諗?"

可以吊高啲個尾音，咁會好啲，可以加強到啲語氣．
