Check valve used to ensure water to flow in one direction and prevent backflow of water. Usually use at pump discharge pipeline to prevent backflow of water to damage the impeller of pump.

Globe valve used to regulate the flow of water. It can also used to isolate the water circuit by closing the valve.

Gate valve mainly used to isolate the water circuit.
