其實audition既意思係乜?
因為我上網睇過一d演員既profile,果度成日出audition呢個字
個意思又好似係選拔,而我問過人都係咁話
但我查過many字典,意思都係..

Yeah, you are right, but the correct meaning is 【試鏡】, 而『選拔』呢個解釋只有好少人先會用，而家好多人都會採用〔select〕呢個字，以免令他人誤解。而你話上網睇過一d演員既profile,果度成日出audition呢個字，係因為所有actor都用慣，而佢地唔會用第二個字代替。
audition呢個字其實係來自audio呢個字，〔audio〕係動詞(v.)；而〔audition〕係名詞(n.)。我相信你都成日見到〔audio〕呢個字在試鏡室出現，左燈就即係（正在試鏡）咁解。
