These dream are quite commons. Interestingly, both mean the same thing - that you feel insecure about something. Falling dreams often occur during the first stages of sleep. They are often accompanied by sudden movements of the arms and legs. Don't worry about this.

Also, don't belive the popular 'myth' that you will die if you don't wake up before you hit the ground. It's definitely not ture.
