Since A is greater than B by10percent ,so A=(1+10%)B =1.1B
Since C is less than B by 10percent,
so C=(1-10%)B =0.9B

Suppose the value of B is y
A = (1 + 10%) y = 1.1 y
C = (1 - 10%) y = 0.9 y
B = y
A = (1 + 10%) y = 1.1 y
C = (1 - 10%) y = 0.9 y
