F.1 grammar explained(有d吾識)

When my Mum goes shopping, she always buys rice and vegetables. Sometimes I will go with her. My little sister loves chocolate, and I love ice-cream. So Mum also will get these for us. After she comes back home, she will put the food away. If my sister and I are at home, we will help her. Then Mum will wash the vegetables and prepare dinner.

If my sister and I are (be) at home, we WILL HELP (help) her.
因呢句係 conditional sentence.
格式係 : If .............. , ..... will ................................. .

而整段文字都係講日常會做的事, 所以用 present tense. 主要留意第三身既動詞既變化 (即加 -s or -es ).
