我向某間船公司訂了一隻櫃是用作出口去意大利的,一切都準備好,

只等船公司給我的文件去取櫃,但船公司方面一直只說有消息便會通知,

打了很多次電話,又留言,負責的人只說不知道和有消息便會通知,語氣很差,雖然幾天

後負責的人已經給我文件,但我已經對此公司很失望.

請問這封英文信應該點寫好呢?希望大家幫幫忙!

I would like to make a complaint on the services provided by your company. I ordered a container from your company at (date you ordered the container) for exporting goods to Italy. I was waiting for the documents from your compnay for picking up the container for a while, so I contact your staff who was in charge on this issue, (name of the staff), to check the status of the documents. However, many of my calls were connected to voice mails only, or your staff answered without concrete reply and in poor atitude. Even though I received the documents finally, I was disappointed very much on the services your company provided.

I have ordered a cupboard from a shipping company, which is going to be exported to Italy. Everything has been ready, except the document for collecting the cupboard. The staff from the company claimed that they would notify me when the document is ready. I made a number of phone calls, but all of the them were transferred to the voice mail box. Afterwards, I received a call from the person-in-charge of the company, but he ignorantly told me to wait for their notice. Although a few days later he eventually gave me the document, I were very disappointed about the service that the company provides.
