I would like to make a complaint on the services provided by your company. I ordered a container from your company at (date you ordered the container) for exporting goods to Italy. I was waiting for the documents from your compnay for picking up the container for a while, so I contact your staff who was in charge on this issue, (name of the staff), to check the status of the documents. However, many of my calls were connected to voice mails only, or your staff answered without concrete reply and in poor atitude. Even though I received the documents finally, I was disappointed very much on the services your company provided.
