点解全身麻醉之後醫生會知到己经麻醉咗？

the doctor will try to talk to the anesthetized patient and see there is any response. When anesthetized a patient will be unconscious and unresponsive. If there is no response the surgeon will begin the surgery. If the patient responds to the first cut, then the doctor will need to adjust the medications.
