Before 911 everybody could apply for SS#. i got in the US in 2000, i have my SS#, that's what you need to get your driver license. ( Just wanted to answer this question since the person above me asked about it)
You got ID card and SS# don't really mean anything ~

YES, you need someone sponsor you in order to stay in the US. Does your Aunt have a company here?
NOW a lot of companies don't want to sponsor non-citizen/ non-green card person., the fees are high and long process. It is hard to get your H1B, they have quota every year, but it fills up very fast. This year, my friend told me H1B for next year filled up in one day. She couldn't get it because she was one day late.

Here is the funny part, I have no idea how you get your SS#, because they never issue one unless you need to pay taxes. You have to be more specific how did you get your SS #. Did you have to renew your driver license every year? US governement start doing that since 911, also, I have no idea what type of so call "ID" you have. How did you get it? And I don't know what did the last post say about a 911 ID, I never heard of it or see one. For student, they do set up a new program, I forget the name, to keep track of every student's progress. So, depending on what you have and how you get the ID, SS# and driver license, the answer could be difference.
Now, odd is not in your favor, because you enter with a vistor visa, you cannot work in the US with that and if you get caught, they will deport you and good luck next time when you try to get your visitor visa again. Your aunt and uncle cannot help you here, that is for sure. I assume them are your parent's brother/sister, they could only apply your parent, and then your parent could apply you. The whole process, not to scare you, but I believe will take about 20 years. It break down like this, your uncle and aunt will need about 8-10 years to apply for your parent, your parent and then need 5 years to become a citizen, plus about 1-2 years for the process to become a citizen, Now, that is 17 years already. Then your parent could apply you, with takes another 3 years. Your best bet would be try to find a sponsor at work, but it is hard to come by these days. If you graudated from a very good school, have very good grade (top 5%), you could try to enter your resume and try your luck, but I have to say, most employer will not do that now. So, good luck and try to give me more information, I could give you a better answer,.
