You know 發完脾氣都會全身虛脫, 又傷感情, so I think you can change yourself but you have to pay effort :
1. Everyone has good points and weak points. Whenever your family doing things that you are annoyed, try to relax and think of their good things.
2. Just try to remember all the good things.
3. Do more thing that will make you happy.
4. Meet with your good friends.
5. Sometimes not to be so serious, relax and have fun.
6. Speak to somebody if you have a problem.
