my friends and myself holding 409 and 74 for long time, 74 already reached our target, but 409 still in very low price, I find 409 try to make the price goes up in this few months, its depend on the Chariman & CEO, but I find he is dumb and I worry about his ability ! the price of 409 keep in lowest price since from 10 years ago, if its price still can't rise up in this year, all my friends and me will strongly require the Chairman & CEO resign as soon as possible.
