must be RAM problem. i had similar problem before. before i buy new RAM, i try the MEMTEST and it reported memory ERRORS.
try to run the MEMTEST software. it is very good to determine if RAM is healthy or not.
try to search from google and you will find the MEMTEST software. it is a FREE software (no license concern). burn it to a bootable CD image. let it boot up (no Windows) and run the test.
