英文投訴信﹐可以點寫？？

我之前透過一個機構，租酒店。但間酒店收多左我一間房$﹐之前間酒店一直都話會refend但成九個月都冇收到$。而家我想寫封英文投訴信俾之前幫我訂酒店的機構，同佢講呢件事！希望大家幫幫忙啦！

2. Describe what exactly happened and point out the core of the problem.
（描述細節及指出問題核心)
2.1 Start with 4Ws
2.2 Develop the contents by facts & opinion

3. Show your dissatisfaction.（顯示不滿）
3.1 Use adjectives to show dismay
3.2 Use "Adverb+Adjective" to stengthen your feeling

4. Demand action and/or making suggestions.（要求或建議補償行動）

5. Close politely.（禮貌地收筆，應加強語氣）
