19歲唔會太大個. But I will not recommend you to enrol 英皇or 現代, because I don't think it can really help you. (according to my experience).

But that's up to you. But before you make up your decision, I would suggest you coming to my school to know our english course first.

It will not only benefit your ce exams, but it's beneficial to your current situation. (because you're now working)
