第一題:

因為 3.4 m = 340 cm
所以 3.4 m 的三次方 = 340 cm 的三次方

第二題:

因為 1 m = 100 cm
所以 1 m 的二次方 = 100 cm 的二次方

第三題:

因為 1 km = 1000 m
所以 1 km 的二次方 = 1000 m 的二次方

第四題:

Peter has 2x five-dollar coins and x two-dollar coins.
Therefore, he has $ (5)(2x) + $ (2)(x) = $ (10x+2x) = $12x

(a) If the total amount of money is $120, then x = 10.
(b) If the number of coins is 30, then x = 10. (Because he has 2x+x = 3x coins)
