near-death experience

what is the medical point of review about "Near-Death Experience"? is it an illusion? Thanks for advice.

Medically, when a person is dying, her brain releases a substance called ketamine (K仔) causing hallucination. She will feel her soul is moving out of her body and she is likely to fly in the air. Due to the present of ketamine, the nerve system of her brain is thus disturbed, leading to such a condition.
Is it an illusion? Yes.
