I know best school in hotel mgt will be in Queensland as this is the best place in Aust for holiday and therefore lots of hotels and holiday resorts opened in there. My friends from Melbourne specifically made their ways to Queensland to study tourism and hotel mgt so I think there must be a reason. Also as I heard from them , they have lot more opportunities to work or apply for internship in the field that they are studying as there are plenty of nice hotels and resorts to choose from. However I cant remember the name of the university.
