To copy data of a range of cells from a worsheet in a.xls to a worksheet in b.xls, simply select the decided range in the source worksheet in a.xls, press ctrl-C, activate the destination worksheet in b.xls, in the decided range, press ctrl-V.

To copy a worksheet from a.xls to b.xls, activate the decided worksheet, select "copy or move worksheet" in [Edit] menu, in the dialog, select b.xls, press [OK]. Then the worksheet has been moved from a.xls to b.xls.
