food industry - include farming, food processing, marketing, research, retail and service
foodservice industry - include resturants, school or hospital canteens and catering services
catering industry - provide food and drink for events

飲食行業 should be foodservice industry

Catering Industry 係飲食業
Food and Beverage (F&B) 係餐飲, 只係 Catering 當中的一部份 Catering 亦包括廚房, Cost Control, Food Purchasing 等 但F&B 就唔包
Hotel 入面有 F&B Manager 亦會有Catering Director
