yes, you can, but that need to be send via Chats = Telegraphic Transfer Locally
there is service fee (not too sure but seems HKD180)
and there is no free of charge transfer to HangSeng at HSBC counter
the free of charge transfer will be available at the HangSeng or HSBC ATM
