如何防治散光

散光其實係我地隻眼的lens 厚薄不一所致的，所以要prevent可針對這方面。
吾好擦眼睛是其中一個method

我都知道散光其實係我地隻眼的lens 厚薄不一所致..
但就都唔知點預防...不過我諗唔1定係近視加深先會有..
因為我自己有遠視..但散光就好深下..

I don't know but since astigmatism(散光) always exist with short-sightness become seriou(近视加重) so I guess the methods that can be applied to prevent short-sightness can also applied to astigmatism.
