2. 寫會議記錄果日?
3. 發出會議記錄果日?
不過3個日期老闆都話係錯,即係點...

This is not an answer. Misleading...The other answers are precise and straight to the point. The date must be the date of the meeting. The answer given by the boss MUST NOT be right. Respect the truth and it is the law..the law.
