我唔知係唔係個個行業一樣， 不過我做ｆａｓｈｉｏｎ ｂｒａｎｄ， 流程如下：1.) Purchasing order (PO) ~Buyer to Supplier
2) Order informaion/ information ~ Supplier to Buyer
3.) packing list and invoice ~ Suppier to Buyer
4.) If there are any defective/ Short shipment ~ Credit note

最緊要有張po (purchase ｏｒｄｅｒ， 你要收到客人既ｐｏ，然後再出ｐｏ比工廠訂貨
