用英文講幾句祝賀而又得體的說話

我個鬼佬Manager resign，明天last day，因有間大公司邀請他做director，我老闆叫我們明天對他說兩句祝賀說話(用英文)，應講什麼好 (兩句ok) ????? Thanks !!!
