Ref: Permission to allow my personal Philippino maid to travel with my family

Dear Sir/Madam

My daughter is a disable person and needed to be look after by my Philippino maid. However, because the maid is unwilling to renew her working contract and so will only be working for me for one month more, I would very much like to take this opportunity to take my daughter on an overseas trip before her contract ends. Therefore I would be grateful that the Philippine embassy would grant permission to allow my maid to accompany my daughter to travel for the purpose of convenience one week before her working contract expires.
