Obviously your connection and settings has problem.

(1) CHECK IDE CABLE CONNECTIONS

from the BIOS screen, there are several problems:
(a) primary master should be Maxtor, primary slave should be WDC
(b) missing CD/DVD device ?
you should use the SAME IDE flat cable to connect the [black-end] to your Maxtor as master and [middle-grey] to your WDC as slave

(2) CHECK HARDDISK JUMPER SETTING FOR MASTER/SLAVE

you should set the jumper to the DUAL (SLAVE) position as shown above


(3) PLUG IDE CABLE TO MOTHERBOARD, MAKE SURE IDE0 (OR PRIMARY IDE) CONNECT TO THE TWO HARDDISK
