TT suggested me to issue one invoice for each item. However, cbd told me that there are five shipments averagely for each day. (Although I don't know the percentage related to AA out of the total shipments, I believe there are not less). I would like to know whether you really want me to do so.
Since there are too much shipments, I would use the old method of issuing invoice in case that there are over 20 shipments under the same customer. I hope you can agree with me and understand that what I suggest is absolutely not out of laziness. I just think that it will waste much time if two divisions are doing the same work of inputing details respectively. Moreover, typing error will be unavoidable when the workload increases.

Since there were too many shippments, if it should be invoiced to the same customer with over 20 shippments, I prefer using the old mechanism, I hope you would understand and agree. I do not mean to be lazy but I only think that it wastes too much time if the same data are input by two departments separately. Also, error from typo mistake is common.
