The fastest way is taking the Korean high-speed railroad KTX (Korea Train Express).It takes only 2 hour and 40 minutes to go from Pusan to Seoul and the fee is KRW44,800~62,700.
For other express train (새마을호), it will take 4 hours 10 minutes and for direct express bus, it will take 5 hours 20 minutes.
