本研究採用SPSS10.0統計軟體將問卷樣本之人口統計變項,如性別、年齡、
收入等變項以敘述性統計,如次數分配、平均術語標準差等計算,以瞭解各變項
分佈狀況。再以Pearson相關性檢定來驗證「實體環境設施」、「員工表現」各
構面與「整體滿意度」之相關程度,並檢驗「顧客滿意度」與「顧客推薦意願」、
「顧客再惠顧意願」及「顧客忠誠度」之相關性。在推論統計部分則透過「逐步
迴歸分析」瞭解「實體環境設施」與「員工表現」對「顧客整體滿意度」之預測
能力;最後並以「逐步迴歸分析」檢視「實體環境設施」、「員工表現」各構面
其下之項目對「顧客滿意度」的影響。最後再透過單因子變異數分析與T檢定
瞭解不同顧客特徵之分群對顧客購後反應是否具有差異。

The research uses the SPSS10.0 statistics software to tabulate the variations of data of local population including age, monthly income and other variables in narrative format. For example, the allocation times and normal jargon standard are used to study the various distribution of conditions. Then, we will use Pearson's relative accreditation to confirm the actual environment facilities, staff performance and the overall satisfaction degree. In addition to the above, the customers' satisfaction, nomination from customers, customers' gaining rewards and customers' loyalty are also of paramount importance. In deducing the part of statistic information, the step-by-step retrospection analysis is put in full use. In the midst of the process, we can conclude the realistic facilities of environment and how the staff performance influencing consumers' overall satisfaction in forecasting ability. Eventually, the step-by-step retrospection analysis checks the virtual environmental facilities while the staff performance affecting different aspects of degree of customers' satisfcation. Again it passes through the single cell variation analysis and T-check to understand the variance between different groups of customers and the characteristics of different customers' grouping.
