1) O2 Atom life have Chinese Verison2) No, just sometimes hang 機 after connected with the PC, but acceptable
3) Yes, u can use the Tel function during on-line
4) I'm now using Smartone and it is ok. if 3 can support 3.5G, then maybe 3 is better. But I think the location u used is the most important.
