Your motherboard has 2 ram slots which can support maximum 2GB memory.
You should ONLY buy DDR266 RAM better be it double sided DDR RAM.
Remember RAM speed should be DDR266 (NOT any DDR2).
In fact, it is HARD to find brand new DDR-266 RAM.
However, you can buy any DDR-333 or DDR-400 if they can run at DDR-266 speed. You MUST ask the sales in computer shop. Ask them if possible to refund if NOT compatible.
I would rather recommend you to find these DDR-266 RAM at second hand market such as Yahoo Auction or Go2HK etc.
